Carrier Responsibility

Motor carriers remain responsible for operating authority, insurance, safety, legal compliance, equipment, drivers, load approval and transportation services. Carriers make the final decision to accept or reject every load.

Dispatch Services

Services may include load research, rate communication, broker setup assistance, trip information and document organization. Exact duties, fees and termination terms are governed by the signed dispatch service agreement.

No Guaranteed Loads or Revenue

Freight availability, rates, lanes, broker approval and payment depend on market conditions and third parties. Dispatch Hut LLC does not guarantee any specific load, rate, revenue, profit or operating result.

Broker and Carrier Status

Dispatch Hut LLC is a freight dispatch service and does not hold itself out as a motor carrier or freight broker. Dispatch Hut acts on behalf of an authorized carrier under the parties’ written agreement.

Website Use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, or submit false or unlawful information.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Dispatch Hut LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from website use, market conditions or third-party services.
